I referred a friend but did not get the $1 reward. I sent a ticket in and found out it was not applied to my account. I think the Walmart agent who set up my friend's account entered the wrong code. Did anyone experience similar issues and how can it be corrected?

Did you give them the reference code???
That could be the reason for not having rewards.

The activation form will let you know with a green check mark after entering a referral code correctly. I am not sure how much faith that we can trust the gree check mark.

@kimmytran This is quite a common issue...both with salespeople at Wal-Mart and users on their own activation. Have your friend open a ticket to the moderators to add the correct code.

Contact a moderator by clicking ?, bottom right, follow instructions and submit a ticket.

Your friend (new customer) needs to contact moderator to potentially have the error corrected.
