@Saffoto  when did the new activation happen?

Last time I refer my family, 3 months ago.. the new line see the credit within first week, and I see mine 2 days after.

so, if the new line just activated within this week.. maybe at least wait another week before you open a ticket with mod

@Saffoto- Are you the one who was referred?  Or the one who referred someone else? If you were referred, the $10 should show up within a few days, but definitely before the first renewal.  If you are the one who referred someone, then it will show up only at the next renewal(during renewal process).

@Saffoto If you used a referral code from a friend, you will see it in your account within 3 days. If your referral code was used it should show in your self serve
