i just subscribed and forgot to add my friend’s reference number..how can I do that now

hi @Namo4 Send a private message to CS_agent with your account number, phone number last four digits of credit card number only give them the referral code and remind them also to add your $10 credit. I hope this helps. I’ve made the same mistake in the past I may not have many posts, but I’ve used Public Mobile often on for a few years, but I’m planning to stay

What you're thinking of is called a Referral number, not reference number. Please note, when you contact Public Mobile, you'll be asked several questions to identify yourself and your account. Then you'll be required to contact your friend and get all their information. Be prepared for that part. 

If you are able to log in, please use this link to the Public Mobile Chat Bot which will direct you to creating a trackable ticket. Enter CONTACT US into the chat and follow the prompts.

You can ask PM to add it back for you 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
