Redeeming points for bill credits

I have redeemed points for bill credits but I don't see it applied in my bill and I had to pay through card. Please let me know when will the credits be available and how can I use them in the next billing cycle. Can I use it after a month if I keep my plan under hold?? Is there any expiry date for bill credits?? Where can I see the available bill credit amount??

If credit be applied in your account under Payment. Also your rewards should be reduced by 15 points under Rewards.

It will be applied on your next renewal date:

Hello @HaryPtr 

I myself have cashed in points for $15 credits. For me, in my experience, only took a few minutes yet the confirmation email took up to an hour. Log into your account and confirm the credits aren't already there. On the Overview page, on the right side you'll see "Available Funds". There you will find the credits. And this link will show you've cashed them.  https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/en/activity  and click on Activity and then the Redemption tab.

hi @HaryPtr credit is said to apply within 2 days but usually a lot quicker like within an hour

With your issue about not seeing the credit, maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
