Recently switch to PM from Fido

I recently switch over from Fido to PM now I can  not receive calls from other carriers... I can dial out  but can not receive calls. Please help it been almost a week.

In addition to requesting the port again, you have to make sure that you did not close your Fido account or threw away that SIM card. It will be needed to redo to the port.

I will pm you number to call. Check email icon. You need to leave Fido sim in phone to receive confirmation text to port out.
