Recent order - want to change

Hi,

On Dec 21, I signed up for an account, and ordered a SIM card. Apparently, delivery is the only option, through canada post. This will take a loooong time. I want to change to an e-simon. How can I do this ?

For this request you have to open a Ticket and talk to agent.

Use chatbot (bottom right), type 'ticket' and follow prompts until you get a link to ticket.
