Receiving calls

I tried to call my cell phone using my alexsa and all I get is a busy signal. I tried my txt plus it rings. My dad tries to call he gets the busy signal but I have gotten other calls. Why does this happen and how can it be fixed?

Yeah I had lots of help already porting and starting up presented some issues I guess I'll have to open another ticket thanks

Did you leave the old sim in a phone and reply to the confirmation text from the old provider?

Try the number in the link to re-trigger the port. Put the old sim in a phone and wait for the text to reply to.

You can't just try again using the Self Serve account. You will need a CSA to help you fix the porting. The chatbot link is at the bottom of page. Use that to make a ticket.

@Cat4  Did you just port your number from another carrier or have you been using PM for a while?  A simple thing, have you tried to reboot your phone?
