Received a SIM card confirmation, but now they send me to do the process again after no SIM card

After more than 2 weeks almost 21days waiting for my standard SIM card to arrived in mail. After received a confirmation of SIM card and invitations into beta. I decided to email PM. Today I received an email saying if I want a new SIM card I have to request to go in beta. But I previously already did all that.

The first one was order 2-3 weeks ago but when I request a new card they told me to redo the beta waiting for invitation process again.

SIM card are shipped from Toronto, ON.

Yes I fill out the form with my name and address about more than 2weeks ago but haven't received at my door so I emailed PM to request for a new shipment since the first one hasn't arrived.
