From what i understand the new system does not start till October 15th (which is incidentally the day of my next monthly payment (so neutered on the first day).
I have not changed subscriptions recently so not sure why i did not get my full point on the $20 plan, payment date was Sept 15th. All previous months show 1 point on payment date.
Checking my other line the same thing happened in July and August.
