Receive international call

Hello Public Mobile Support Staff, 

Thank you very much for providing telecommunication service.  My phone could not receive international call and messages delivered to international receiver could not be reached. Please provide technical assistance.  Thank.

If the other person is calling from a cell phone, what happens if your  numbrr is called by dialing +1437xxxxxxx ?

It sounds like your sim card is not provisioned correctly. The moderators can fix this for you. If you send a private message as suggested by @JoyLuck  put "international calls/texts not being sent/recieved" in the subject line and leave a detailed description of your issue. Be sure to include the following:

1. Full name and address on your account.
2. Phone#, email address and pin#.

If you cannot remember your pin# include at least three of the following:

1. Date of birth.
2. Last payment, amount, type, last 4 digits, date paid.
3. Alternate ph # on account if any.
4. Security question and answer.
5. Plan amount, add ons on account, recent changes.
6. Frequently called/texted phone #'s.
7. Activation date.
8. Autopay enabled? y/n?

Keep an on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly will speed up service times. The more info you include the easier the moderator can fix the problem before hearing back from you.

That is the correct way to call Canada from China and I assume you have the correct international add on to make calls to China.

Hello Public Mobile Support Staff, 

Thank you very much for your response to my inquiry.  The party tries calling me from international country.  The country is China province of Zhengzhou, one country of United Kingdom, city of Lancaster.  The text messages sending from my phone could not reach the phone receiver of international country of China. Dear  Public Mobile Support Staff,

My phone has this new problem when changed to current number.  Text messages sending to international country could not received.  The old phone number received the international call, since the new number changed from from old number, all the call from international could not be received. Yesterday, one outgoing call appeared in contact list of my phone at 3:12 pm on Friday Dec 11. 2020, but that call was not made from my phone.  I have deleted that number for safety reason. Please provide some technical advise.  Thank.  Thuong

Have these calls worked here before? Or at a different provider? Or is this a new problem?

It's possible that the provider of the other end does not have agreements with this end. Or the other end doesn't have the calling plan to call here.

When you say "messages" are you meaning texts? Are these iOS or Android phones at both ends?

@thuong  Do you mean someone is trying to call you from another country? What country? They must ensure they properly enter the long distance country codes to reach you.

Or do you mean you're trying to contact someone in another country?

Do you have a long distance add-on for calls?

Have you confirmed it's a country that Public Mobile supports for calling add-on?

For text. Are you using the proper calling out codes? Like 011 - country code or + - country code?
