@Muhammad61- If I am understanding correctly, you did a number change yesterday, and now you want to get your previous number back. Is that the case? If so, I think you probably are out of luck.

your Public Mobile account MUST be active to be able to port it to your new network. If your PM acct is suspended, you can pay to get it going again, then port away if you want to.

Suspended means you can get it back after you renew current plan (pay for plan).
Deactivated means your PM acct is closed down permanently.. You'd need a new sim to start a new account...with a new number.

@Muhammad61 - What do you mean by cancelled yesterday? Was your payment due yesterday, and you simply didn't pay on time? If that's the case, you can simply pay the amount required, and reactivate your plan on the same number.

it’s canceled yesterday not yet assigned someone

once deactivated due to being suspended for 90 days or more...that number will go back to wherever it originally came from. (If you ported in to PM from somewhere else...that's where that number is now.) Try dialing it to see if it's been re-assigned.

@Muhammad61- If your number was deactivated because it was not used/paid for 90 days, then there is nothing that can be done.
