I had to update my credit card number for the auto pay to work. In waiting for the new card, I didn't update it in time and my plan was deactivated. I updated the information and tried to reactivate, but my phone still isn't working. It says the payment has processed, and Public Mobile service is showing up on my phone, but it's still not working. Texts don't go through, and if people call me it goes right to voicemail. I have an iPhone 4; I've turned it off and taken out the SIM card, and it's been about 24 hours since I reactivated with no change. I'm unsure what to try next.

Do you have to have your own phone number? And if so where can you get one? I'm in B.C
