Hello, I am having problems with my plan. My 3G internet stopped working suddenly. At first, I thought it was because I exceeded my data limit (1gb) but then I realized my text messages are not working either (I get a message from 611 saying that my plan doesn't include text message, but it does). I tried to log into my self-serve account but my password is not working. When I try to reset my password, I get the following message: "ForgotPassword/OldPasswordNotValidContactAdmin ". I have an Iphone 5.

The password reset function has not been working correctly for some time. You will need to message the moderators using this link: @CS_Agent, providing your name, account number and an explanation of what happened and the will be able to resit your password.
I would also ask them at the same time to look at your account to see why you don't have service, if your auto-pay failed to renew or what other explanation there could be. There have been auto-pay issues as well of recent.
