dial 611 with your cell to hear account status...if nothing, then the account has been deactivated and you need a new sim (or esim) to start a new account.

Hello.
You can only reactivate the same sim card if it's under 89 days since your last payment. If it's over 90 days, the card is no longer valid and you need a new one.
