I’ve tried to put money in the account to cover this month’s bill but it will not accept the new card info?

The Save Payment Information will not accept my card information. I get the opps sorry message suggesting I try again later?

I have tried every which way to have my new card registered but it will not proceed past the SAVE PAYMENT INFORMATION without saying the opps message about something wrong try later? I have been to the bank. My card is active and working.

@Gathie you can do it yourself.
Just login to My Account, go to Payment page, Manage payment method and Update card information.
Once updated, you can then click Reactivate my plan amd follow the steps to make a manual payment
