phone says no service

My phone says no service. For two days now. Can’t call or text.  Been a customer for years. Didn’t make any changes. It’s not my phone cuz sim says same thing in bf phone

If selfserve shows your plan is active, you could also try to restart the phone. In many cases, a simple restart will help.

Check your self-serve to see that it's active. Maybe autopay failed.

While there check the SIM # in there to your physical card.
