Hi,
I recently purchased a US roaming package for $20. It was suppose to include talk, data and text. Well, when I got to the United States, I was not able to text. I could receive texts but I could not reply. Very frustrating. How do I get reimbursed for that portion of the plan? Thanks.

HI @DeliaKrnic8 It's a bit strange it is the text part that does not work. With Data working, I think you will have to use other messaging alternatives ( You could try to use different network , but you could have break the voice if you change, Voice is harder to get it working in US romaing)
I believe PM support will get you some kind of compensation with the text failed to send. Please discuss with them:

Hi,
Yes. i could make and receive calls and yes, my data was working. Just the sending text portion of my roaming plan was not working.

PM partners with T-Mobile and AT&T in US, which one you are connecting to now?
