can't send picture messages

I am not able to send pictures via text message. I turned data on and then restarted my phone. I still cannot sent pics with a txt.

I have an iPhone  (i think). If I go into Cellular Data Options; Cellular Data Network i see three lines APN isp.mb.com followed by username and password (both blank). Do I need to enter a username and password in order to reconfigure the APN settings as outlined in the thread above.  Thank you!

@5146  If you have an iPhone no need to mess with APN settings. Just make sure you have enabled MMS within you iMessage settings.

If you have an iphone, make sure you have the latest version of ios installed.

Then restart your phone and turn on your mobile data.

Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Network
OR
Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network.

Add a new APN and enter the Public Mobile details -->https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile
