It's next to impossible to initiate contact with an agent. I can't submit a ticket as I have a digital eSIM and I don't know what the 19 digit sim number is.

I don't have my SIM 19 digit number so I can't submit a ticket. I am unable to install the eSIM, QR code does not work, and I got a notification saying they were having trouble transferring my number. Please help!
