You can also look online for unlocked phones (Amazon, B&H Photo, etc.)

@alexei52, Keep in mind that The Source might not sell you the phone if you don't have an account with the carrier.  You will probably need to find a phone that is advertised as 'unlocked'.  Walmart even has a bunch on their web site.  We got a Moto G5 recently.  I was told by my tech savy sone that it is a great phone.  Time will tell...  Advantage with Walmart is that if there is a problem initially, you can just take it back to a local store.  Same with Staples.

Yes, any phone sold for use on the Rogers, Bell, Telus network will work on this service.  If in doubt, use this site to check band compatibility.
