“SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." is asking for the phone’s (often Samsung) “master code" after entering the wrong code too many times. Samsung and/or your previous carrier can give you this.
"SIM network unlock PIN" is asking for your previous carrier's unlock code - just contact them with your IMEI (dial *#06# to get it) and they'll give it to you. If you enter this incorrectly too many times, you'll get the error message above.
“PIN unlock key (PUK)” is a SIM-specific code used to prevent unauthorised use of a SIM card.
The PIN (Personal Identification Number) enables secure access to the SIM card and network. It is provided with your SIM card.

Best way to get the proper ticket to moderators is to click on white bubble lower right and type:
"Need PUK"
then, follow precise onscreen directions towards submitting a ticket.

@Shaneryan1980 - As I'm sure you're discovering, Public Mobile doesn't have a phone number for customer service. Under Telus, Public Mobile is the "no frills" basic service so the majority of support is done through the Community forums here.
To reach Public Mobile staff for account-specific help (including your PUK code, etc), you'll need to go through the SIMon chatbot by clicking on the Chat bubble (lower-right corner of your screen) to open a ticket, or message the Moderator Team directly...

@Shaneryan1980 you need to open a ticket with Mod to get the code. Mod usually reply quick .
To open a ticket with mod, click on the Bubble or directly at : https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Enter your question in SIMon. Follow the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button,
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):
