I purchased the US roaming package yesterday from home in Canada. Today, I am in the US and do not have the package. Chatting with Simon did nothing. I tried to contact CS but the preprogrammed responses don't help. How do I activate the package I purchased?

@Peewee1947 : Turning on roaming is only for data. You seemed to be saying you had nothing. Glad it's working now.

Bingo!!! I didn't know I had to activate roaming on my cell. It appears to have worked. Thanks for your help. Also, thanks to everyone else who contributed suggestions. Cheers.

Check your account. Do you you see the add-on ? If not, do you still see a balance in your account ? If you have a balance then you need to buy the add-on by adding it to your account.
Also make sure to enable roaming on your phone.
