My Dxx xxxxxxxxxxx I transferred my phone number xxxxxxxxxxx from Freedom mobile to Public mobile but cant receive calls. I called Freedom mobile and I was advised to tell you to request another transfer request of my phone number again so that I can accept the transfer . The message they sent was expired before I confirmed. Please can you request a transfer of my phone number again (xxxxxxxxxxxx). I will be grateful if my request is put under your consideration.

Remember to leave your old SIM in your phone to receive the confirmation text. If the old SIM still works, the port has not been completed yet. If you have not yet received a confirmation text ,you can call the number @Dunkman provided to have them send it again.
