For future reference when needing to replace the email in the self serve account you must have a community account created with the email you want to be used on your self serve account. Then using simon or thru your private messages contact the moderators by typing Moderator_team in the "send to" bar type "change self serve email/username" in the "subject bar" and explain your request making sure you include the following details:
- Full name, address, email and phone number on your account.
- Pin #" if you do not know your pin# you will have to further verify your identity.
- Include: d.o.b., last payment, amount, date, type, last four digits of card or voucher (if known)
- You may also be asked: plan amount, any add ons, autopay (y/n), frequently called or texted numbers, alternate # if any, security question and answer, recent plan changes/activity
- The email you wish to change it to that matches your community profile.
Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages will speed up service times. If all the necessary info is included they may change your email before contacting you and just leave you a message saying its been changed. If you are happy with the customer service (or not) you can ask for a review link.

@Mynote10 contact the moderators and explain your situation. Give them an email that you would like your services switched to. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
- Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Click here to get started.
- Slower- Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
