Yeah I would've appreciated the heads up, came here looking for answers but only found excuses. I've been unable to access the self serve account and as the notice states, been unable to register a new account.
So I came here to complain, but found that Public Mobile had issued a notice. However I'm still confused as to why the site is down prior to the time listed on the notice. I'm not doing this unjustly I'm just genuinely frustrated due to the inconvenience.
I am aware that this could be some other technical difficulties but regardless I find it remarkably unprofessional and will consider other service providers in the future should this become any more of a hassle or does not get resolved promptly.

I just tried self service and was able to log in. Try clearing your browser cache. Close browser and then open a new window in incognito/private mode.
