They changed on my credit card on April 2, and suspended my service on April 7, after explaining that for 7 hours, still not service. What kind of company on market, will try to get the money back and get out of public mobile.

you won't get refunds from Public Mobile. If you're stuck, get to Canada Tire or No Frills and buy payment vouchers...then log in to your account to make payment and Resume service. Alternative is on-line vouchers from www.muskbird.com.
