I’m a new user as well, exact same problem with my phone and my wife’s.

I have sent a ticket yesterday to get this fixed but haven’t heard anything back, how long does this usually take.

I’ve sent two tickets, one yesterday and one this morning, still haven’t heard anything. I kind of figured they’re the only ones to have this fixed.

for SMS problem, only support agent can help.  Have you submieted your ticket yet?

I just sent in the ticket this morning, and have had no reply yet. I am hoping soon as we have no ability to send or receive text messages. Very frustrated. Let me know if you hear anything please.
