I'm in the USA trying to call USA phone numbers. It's not working. I have a Canada USA plan. I tried all the things in the unhelpful help articles. Still not working

do you see the phone connected to any US network itself?

Which model phone are you using?

Is text and data working fine? 

Might want to try a network reset of phone.  

As mentioned, if talk is the only issue, like the VoLTE compatibility issue with US roaming.

@Frank24  Set phone to 4G /LTE not 5G and make sure your connected to T mobile AT&T or verizon  and you have data roaming turned on in phone settings . If your phone is not in this PM voLTE whitelist you will have issues with voice calls , but text and data should still work

did you change the network mode to 4G or LTE and you have roaming data enabled?

please also try changing the network connection to manual and try all 3 networks, T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon and see how it goes
