Plan change with new promo code?

How did you apply to promo code. I’ve chatted with customer serve who was unable to help.

I was not using browser, the add on button was thee easy to see, not on the app,  thank you for the help.

If you are using the mobile app, you can find the option to enter promo code in the bottom of the payments tab.

you go to Subscription & Addon page on the browser and put the code there in the Promo code box
