Forgot using promo code when purchasing new card

Hi, I forgot using my promo code when purchasing new card for my husband.  Would you please help?

There are no promo code for the purchase of the SIM.

He can use your referral code when he actives the SIM for a one time $10 credit and you will receive 1 point/month.

He can also use the promo code after he activates the SIM for the free 10gb of data for 2 years.
