Outgoing calls to 778-580-4001

I have same problem.

@Jarka  this is a voicemail number. Whenever someone calls you and the call goes to voicemail or your check voicemail, this is phone number that shows up. No need to worry. 

The last 4 numbers can go up to 4001, 4002, 4003..

your outgoing calls to the "4001" number, such as 778-580-4001 is just a voicemail calls, which is normal and nothing to worries

The usage log will record any calls that got transferred to voicemail due to "no answer" or unavailable, or calls you make to retrieve voice message.  No worries, you are safe

These is the full list of the voicemail number, depends on your area code and location, you will see one of the numbers on the list
