Just want to throw my name in here. I have a oneplus 11 5G and have been with PM since ~November. It worked for MMS up to about a month ago, but no longer. Also I have never been able to use VoLTE, so call quality is low.
On its own the VoLTE thing would be palatable but with that problem plus no group texting, it's hard to justify staying with PM

This fixed it for me! Thank you so much for sharing this.
So frustrating. I bought a new phone thinking it was an age issue and was so frustrated to find the issue still there on the new device! Now to go fix my husband's phone!

Holy smokes, I've been fighting trying to get my Oneplus Open to work all day and just came across this and it seems to have worked. I'm not sure what's different from what I tried last time, but what a pain in the butt. Thanks for this.

This worked for me. I had a lot of trouble finding the APN settings. On my phone, it's:
Settings -> Mobile Network -> [choose SIM card] -> Access point names

sorry, VoLTE is based on the PM's whitelist and no OnePlus phone is on the list for now

oh wow that seems to have fixed MMS. Thanks @softech and @carrierandrew, much appreciated.
Any success in getting VoLTE working on this device?

I've been able to get my OnePlus 11 working with MMS again by updating my APN settings, and making the APN field capital letters.
Could just be luck, but I've been trying different combinations for over a week and this finally did it for me.
Don't forget to restart your phone after applying the new APN.

did you just update the OS to Android 14? There has been some issue with OnePlus after the Android upgrade
A suggestion is to first try Reset All networks
If that does not work, please go to the APN screen, delete the current APN profile. Then Add new profile and add according to this, please note case-sensivitve and do not add extra spaces. Reboot and confirm the new profile is the only one there and active
