Is it faulty because the PM SIM couldn’t activate?
You can contact the moderator to replace the first SIM with the second SIM by clicking on the SIMon chat button and ask to contact a moderator or to contact a human. Second option is to click on the envelope icon and message a moderator with your issue.

Did you try to activate your sim card and have to start over? If you don't wait one hour between attempts you will get an error message along the lines of sim card number invalid. This because there is an activation session lock.
Try to post all of your questions in one thread it makes it much easier to help you.

@claudettelebl : Now you're posting in a couple places that have very different meanings. Are you trying to start up as a new customer? Or are you trying to replace a SIM card on an existing account?
