If restarting your activation of the PM SIM fails…go and contact a moderator to help you with your activation by clicking on the SIMon Chat button and ask to contact a moderator or to contact a human. Or click on the envelope icon and message a moderator.

This are website erors that have been happening lately. Please try your activation again a little later.

From line 6 above...

You have cleared your browser, rebooted your device, opened one tab only in secret/incognito mode using firefox, chrome or safari.

Make sure you keep your old sim card in your phone to reply YES to the porting authorization text within 90 minutes.

First check if your credit card was charged.  If charged, put your PM SIM card in your phone to see whether it works. 

If not charged, you can re-try again.  However, maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
