My number was ported yesterday (from Rogers - from whom I never received a SMS message), but my incoming calls are still going directly to voice mail.

It sounds like the porting process was not completed since you didn’t get the SMS text. Remember to keep the Rogers SIM in the phone for the text.
Contact the PM CS Agent to restart the porting process.

do you get a SMS message from your old carrier asking to confirm if you would like to Transfer your number. Your reply should be: YES.
can you try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,
1. power off your device
2. take out the SIM card,
3. waiting a 1 minute
4. put it back and power on,
5. toggling airplane mode off/on,
and try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

@PDobrovolny If you never received a SMS from rogers to authorize the transfer of your number to PM by replying back, then the transfer of your number is probably incomplete.
I'll private message you (message inbox top right next to your avatar) the Telus porting number to call.
Keep your Rogers SIM in your phone until you receive and respond YES to their transfer request. Also your Rogers account needs to be active until the port is complete. Good luck.
