@cantdial611 You will need to buy a new SIM in order to make call again. In the meantime, if you can have wifi, you can download a free app, such as TextNow or Fongo to make call as long as you have internet access.

Enter a new email address ( not the same as your cancelled pm account's) in the deal alerts sign up box at the bottom of the plans page and see if you can generate the free second month offer below.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/plans
You may be able to stack it with a bundles offer from Canadian Cell supplies that offers a free sim card and up to 50% off your first month. If they can confirm that you can stack the offers then choose the $50/10.5gb and downgrade to your preferred plan before the second month renewal to maximize your savings/free month credit.
Don't forget to use a referral code for your $10 bonus referral credit. You can also try the data bonus promocodes but they may not stack with the free month promo. BONUS2GB is a one time 2gb data add on. PMBONUS1GB is a monthly 1gb of plan data but you will lose it if the rate plan is changed so choose your plan wisely. Both promocodes can only be used on $35+ plans.
This is a targeted email offer from pm to emails that had preregistered for previous flash sales but did not activate....there is no guarantee that signing up for deal alerts will generate this offer but its worth a try.....

for possible free SIM, check your local Walmart/Loblaws/London Drugs

@cantdial611 to add to @Dunkman 's post, some locations will include the SIM for free if you activate in store.
Never hurts to ask the question "will you include the SIM if I activate it with you?"

Literally.
i just wasted $25. How can i get a new account made? and do i have to pay for a new sim?
prob just gonna switch providers ngl
If your account was closed due to inactivity, you would need to buy a new Sim card and start a new account with new phone number.

If you bought a payment voucher, you could use it in the new account.

Switch providers! I have been waiting over 24 hours for any moderator to get back to me about money that was stolen from my account, and locked me out of my SIM card.

Some options I'm also considering switching to - big mistake PM...HUGE.
Good luck!

few months...perhaps more than 90 days?
You have up to 90 days to make a payment and, after doing so, your payment cycle will restart and your service will resume.
After 90 days of non-payment, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:
1-Lose access to your phone number, and won’t be able to transfer it to a new provider in the future.
2-Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.

If you have an iPhone check your network settings.
My phone was hacked somehow and I can no longer use a SIM card with PM. It shows as “phone not allowed” in Network settings.
hope that’s not your issue too!
Regardless, I have an investigation going with the fraud department looking into it.
