My old service with Virgin mobile was absolute garbage, so I switched to public mobile for a cheaper plan (with more data!!) and now I don’t received incoming calls. WTF.

If you have an iPhone check your network settings. My phone was hacked somehow and I can no longer use a SIM card with PM. It shows as “phone not allowed” in Network settings. hope that’s not your issue too! Regardless, I have an investigation going ...
