My old service with Virgin mobile was absolute garbage, so I switched to public mobile for a cheaper plan (with more data!!) and now I don’t received incoming calls. WTF.

If your old SIM still able to receive call, porting is not completed.

It can take a few hours for the port to be to compeleted you should receive a text. Here is more info about porting.

@sbouwsema how long ago Did you port the number?
