Try disabling LTE as mentioned earlier in this thread. Maybe Telus has broken LTE➡️3G handoff in some areas. If so, hopefully only temporarily.

Interesting if it may be geography specific - wonder where the others are that are reporting this. Incoming is working here in Regina SK

can you do try reseat the SIM 

1.power down,

2.take out the SIM,

3.wipe it clean,

4.put it back and power it up,

it happened sometime you know, A normal reboot without reset didn't work.  At least try it,

only work after reseating the SIM.

I am having the same issue in Ottawa. Not receiving incoming calls anymore, straight to voicemail. Can still call out.

is your phone SIM card before working fine with that device if so,
maybe the issue with your device you know

do you can try your SIM card with another device,

can you do factory reset. if you like it

You can also try moving your SIM into another phone to see if the issue is with your device, or the service/coverage.

Yes we all know your phone is not ringing. But you are still not answering my question:

• Try forcing your phone to 3G mode (aka HSPA or WCDMA) - disabling LTE.
• Try undoing any call forwarding that might have been inadvertently set by dialing ##21# and ##004#

Lastly, ensure any features that could block calls are disabled - block anonymous callers, DND.
