I hear you!  I am also extremely frustrated as I have been trying to pay my account for the last 2 days and it's simply not going through.  Is there a phone number to actually reach a person??

Anyone on the board that can enlighten me?  I have just left a pm for one of the moderators.  Thank you.

@rebeljustice You are on the right track sending a message to the moderators. There have been several glitches in the payment system of late.

BTW: you posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum  (which I have done for you today), or sending a private message directly to the moderators (which you have done).
