I just did by myself bec. They says it’s not my job to do .it, so I did it by myself

Were trying to understand what you are trying to achieve. When you went to London Drugs did you just buy a sim card? ($10+$1.20=$11.20) Or did you activate the sim card with them by giving them an email address, name etc....and choosing a phone number? (778) XXX-XXXX? Did they not have you put the sim card in your phone to see if your services were working? What did you do in your account? Change your phone number and change your plan ? ( $15 plan?)

What happens when you put the sim in your phone and reboot?

How can you help me because I paid $20.in London Drugs and activate but still doesn’t work and then I paid online but still $15 again online. Pls. Kindly make a favourable action to solve my problem ,this. My cp# xxxxxxxxxxx then I change my no to xxxxxxxxxxx. Both doesn’t work

Please provide a little more clarity/context on what may be prompting this request.
Are you just looking to swap out SIM cards (on an existing account) or activate a new account with a new SIM card? This would require 2 very different processes:
1. swap out requires Moderators as provided above, click here to contact them
2. to activate new account, click Activate Your SIM Card Online | Public Mobile
