Were you ever able to resolve this? I have the exact same problem and have had no luck dealing with public so far.

is your issue just not able to receive incoming calls? 

did you just activate with PM? How long you have been with PM? did you request porting?  If so, it is a porting issue.  There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
