Changing my plan

I think somehow I made a mistake.  I purchased a 90 day plan because I expect to stay on public mobile.  However, I thought I purchased a Canada US plan. Since I can’t make US calls I’m guessing I made a mistake.   Is there a 90 day US/CAN and how do I change it.  Will I loose what I paid already.  It’s only 4 days old.

Looks like the $65/60gb is the only 90 day US Roaming plan at $165/90 days. As I recall which probably added to your confusion there were additional promo plans that expired October 9th that had the $65 plan with a $15 discount on a 90 day plan among others and i thought i saw a $45 US roaming plan when choosing a 90 day subscription but I'm not sure if they were even available to existing customers but those differences between the plans page and the one in your account would make it even more confusing....let us know how you got on?

Contact customer support and explain you got confused when changing plans and ask if they will switch you to the 90 day US Roaming plan. Check in your account for your 90 day options. ( My account currently has the circle of death so I can't check the options available.)

I suggest being proactive and have the difference in plan price already pre-loaded (even if they say no it can used upon renewal or for add ons). It's likely they will help.....🤞

To speed up your customer support messaging include in your detailed message your info to pre-verify your account but only give this info in your private messages to : CS_Agent.

  1. Full name and address on your account.
  2. Phone #, email and 4 digit account pin #.

I have use 469MB.   Not even 1GB.  
I’m glad even you were confused.   The only reason I know it’s not the right plan is because I can’t make a US call.  Glad I tried before I was in the USA

I think that's right....check your data usage counter for your data bucket. Have you rebooted your phone since e renewal?

I would have to look in my account for all options but the plans page only shows 2 US Roaming plans with the 90 day subscription.

Wait scratch that....even I got confused. I can see how you made a mistake.

$65/60gb or $55/60gb US Roaming plan on a 90 day subscription.

$50/40gb US Roaming on a 30 day plan

Geez I thought I saw what you saw as well.....

I was attempting to purchase a 3 month 30g package.  Apparently what I got is something different.    This is the actual only description in my account.  Can’t paste it but is 135$/90 day 5G.   Says nothing about data allowance , or US Can or anything.  Very difficult to understand.  I guess I’m stuck with it.

Remember, PM is a prepaid service so if you change now 4 days into your plan, you will forfeit the money that you paid for the current plan that you selected. It's best to change to the new plan and select "change on next renewal date".

Are you currently in the US? If yes can you text and use data? Are you connected to T-Mobile or At&t?
