I downloaded the app to my new iPhone 17 pro max, but see no eSIM option as mentioned. Could you please advise what else I need to do? Thanks.

I have opened a ticket with the CS_Agent. This is what they suggested. Somehow, it still does not work!

Unfortunately, the IOS software update does not resolve my issue 😞

Version 3.0.3 from Nov 6 is the latest version
and for Carrier Profile update, go to Settings > General > About; if an update is available, a prompt will appear asking you to install it

Thank you, Softech. I don't have the eSIM option under Account > Puchase SIM card . It just has the Select a SIM option ($10) only. 😢

Visit the 'Subscription & Add-ons' page in My Account
Select the option to purchase a new eSIM
Complete the payment, and a new eSIM will be issued to you.
