Hello,I downloaded the app to my new iPhone 17 pro max, but see no eSIM option as mentioned. Could you please advise what else I need to do? Thanks.

Thank you, @hTideGnow.I have opened a ticket with the CS_Agent. This is what they suggested. Somehow, it still does not work!

Unfortunately, the IOS software update does not resolve my issue

I am currently running the IOS update now. Let's see if it resolves my issue or not. Will keep you posted.

Thank you, Softech. I don't have the eSIM option under Account > Puchase SIM card . It just has the Select a SIM option ($10) only.
