If you don't mind paying a small user fee, you can check out www.muskbird.com to buy on-line payment vouchers for your Public Mobile plan renewal. Several PM'ers have used them successfully.

Just no calls ? Or data too?

What phone do you have? Are you in Manitoba?

Did you check your My Account to see if the account is active or suspended? If it is suspended , just make a payment to renew
