SIM card change

I’m trying to inset a new SIM card and don’t have access to my old phone number so I can’t get the required code 

What can I do?

Did you transfer your old number out to different network ? if you no longer have a Public Mobile account...now you need to download the Public Mobile app to your cell, create a new account using a different email address and then select a new plan. As long as the sim card you have is new and never been used, you can use it for the new account.
