Did not get any rewards/points for loyalty

My rewards are gone too. I got charged $30 instead of $20.

My rewards were:
Autopay reward $2
Loyalty $5
Refer-a-friend $3
Plan is $30, minus rewards it's $20 plus HST.

The old rewards  didn't get converted and didn't get applied.

No more monetary rewards! Now you get 5% off your bill back in points, 10 points at anniversary and 1 point for every referral. If you participate in Community few more points could be awarded.

When you collect 15+ points you have to manually convert them to $15, it will not be automatic applied toward your bill.

Old rewards you had are not converted... Welcome to the new brave (greedy) world!

hi @em70a the 5 welcome points has $5 value.  But you need to convert that into $ yourself

  You need to first wait till you collected 15 points, then you can convert it into $15 bill credit yourself by going to Catalogue page on the Rewards site

I see 5 Welcome points - but it's a one-time gift. I don't see anything reflecting my $5 loyalty reward being converted to any points. It appears we have to start earning loyalty points from scratch.

you earn different rewards now

you have a $30 plan, you will eamr 5% of $30 , 1.5 points

you 3 referrals will be converted, you earn 3 points from there

login to My Rewards page and those points will be added to your rewards account after renewal, usually in 2 days

after you collexr 15 points, you will redeem for $15 bill credit
