Hello i am interested in Unlimited international text ,from where i can use sim card? it is only from US it is roaming included?

All plans are based ONLY in Canada, and cannot be used outside Canada except for the roaming add-ons to the USA.

@karencho Firstly, not the best place to ask this question.  But to answer your question: you can use your Public Mobile sim anywhere in Canada (if you have a texting plan) to send text messages.  You can only use it in the US if you purchase a US roaming addon.  International roaming is not supported for any other countries.  You can learn more about US roaming packages here: http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Learn-all-about-US-Roaming/ta-p/75772
