Hi @liban961 ,
Signals also depend on the house/apartments you are in.
Sometimes, I get 1 bar when I am in the basement however once I am in an open area/windows I get full bars back.
Your new apartment walls must be thick or surrounded by other apartment units. Do you have any windows in your apartment? Try leaving the door open and see if you notice the bars increase?
Another option would be to buy a "mobile cellular booster" for your apartment.
Cheers

Unfortunately location does play a part on signal stength @liban961 . Try switching your SIM into another phone so that we can see if its a phone or PM problem. Also, what's the make and model of your phone? Thanks.

PM uses Bell and Telus towers. You can check to see where the nearest towers are.

Try rebooting your phone.
